Agreement

Agreement to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile number, you agree that EZGuard may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing important information regarding your coverage, including but not limited to renewal notices, payment reminders, and cancellation notifications.

• You will receive up to 4 messages per week.
• You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word STOP to the number that sent you the message. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.
• For help, send the word HELP to the number that sent you the message.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• United States Participating Carriers Include AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile and others.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect this change.
• Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier's name, and the date, time and content of your messages, as well as other information that you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.
• By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.
• You must be legally able to enter into a contract to receive messages from EZGuard.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?

Though EZGuard will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.


Privacy Policy

Data Collection

We collect personal information that you provide to us, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and IP address. We also collect data related to your interactions with our services, including timestamps and consent records for all opt-in communications.

Sharing

We may share your personal information with our affiliated sister companies for the purpose of providing you with related services, offers, or important account information. The specific affiliated companies may change as business needs evolve.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing and/or promotional purposes beyond our affiliated sister companies. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Vendors

Service providers access data on our behalf. In order to serve you, we may share your personal and anonymous information with service providers, vendors and contractors who assist us in operating our business. Their use of information is limited to these purposes, and subject to agreements that require them to keep the information confidential. Our vendors provide assurance that they take reasonable steps to safeguard the data they hold on our behalf, although data security cannot be guaranteed.

Special Circumstances

Special situations may require disclosure of your data. To operate the service, we also may make identifiable and anonymous information available to third parties in these limited circumstances: (1) with your express consent, (2) when we have a good faith belief it is required by law, (3) when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to protect our rights or property, or (4) to any successor or purchaser in a merger, acquisition, liquidation, dissolution or sale of assets. Your consent will not be required for disclosure in these cases, but we will attempt to notify you, to the extent permitted by law, to do so.
